Math Tutoring Center

Welcome to the Math Tutoring Center at Utah Tech University!

Our experienced tutors offer individualized support and guidance to help you overcome your challenges and achieve your academic objectives. Located in the basement of the Snow Math and Science Building, we provide drop-in tutoring for all lower-division math courses for in-person and virtual students, ranging from basic algebra to advanced calculus 2 concepts. If the noise of students working together or with tutors is not conducive to your learning, we also provide a quiet study area for those who prefer a more peaceful environment. Whether you’re stuck and need some help from a qualified tutor, or need a quiet place to focus on your math homework, stop by and take advantage of our high-quality tutoring services.

Private Tutoring

The tutoring Services provided by the Utah Tech Math tutoring Center are reserved for students enrolled in Utah Tech Math courses, including concurrent enrollment courses. In addition to this, we do not offer any private tutoring besides the 1-on-1 tutoring appointments schedules through the navigate app. If you are looking for private tutoring for yourself or someone you know, we do have students and faculty in the college of math and sciences who are willing to private tutor off campus. It is not Utah Tech’s responsibility to contact these tutors or organize private tutoring appointments. Utah Tech is also not endorsing these tutors, but simply providing the service of listing potential private tutors. If you would like the list of the private tutors, reach out to one of the emails below and they will provide the list for you.
